she's here:)

Well most of you know that Miss C has finally arrived:) She came on Tuesday at 10:25 a.m. weighing in at a petite 6 lbs 12 oz and 19 inches long. I guess I worried about ginormo baby for no reason at all:) She is a sweet little baby and our whole family is very happy she's with us now. Last night went really smooth. We wrapped her and put her in bed(her swing actually) at 1030 and she woke at 115 for her feeding. That went smoothly. We have been doing what is called s and s...(I'm guessing it stands for syringe supplement...) because the nurses and myself wanted to see her urinating more. So we fill a syringe with formula and a little plastic tube gets placed in her mouth when she's feeding so it won't screw up breastfeeding. But anyway...we've been doing that and will until my transformation into a cow is complete:) That feeding was done and we put her to bed again at 230 and I woke up at 645 and had to wake her also because we both slept through her 445 feeding. So really...it was a good night:) She hasn't pooped at home yet...so I'm a little concerned about that...but she has gas...so...lol..it's working in some way. I'll give her pediatrician a call later if she still has nothing. As for me...I'm doing well I think. Today is definitely the sorest I've felt. I'm fighting B's cold and my muscles are hating me. Matt has taken the rest of the week off to be with us and I am so grateful for it:) He really is the best husband a girl could have:) He's my male nurse :P Ok...I think I'm going to go take a shower and get situated some more...so till then,

waiting.....

We are still waiting for Miss C to arrive. My Utah/Idaho/Connecticut family gave me baby shower this past Monday. It was really nice. I got alot of really nice things from everyone:) Jen flew in the Friday before and surprised everyone with her arrival because last we knew she wasn't coming. She is staying with us until baby come...after that not really sure what the plan is:) I'm sure her mom would like her company at their house:) What else has been going on. We made some jelly...that was...interesting:) Squishing blackberry juice from blackberries is less than appealing:) lol.
We went to the aquatic center with Stacie and her kiddos. It was a good time. B tried to drown himself a few times!
-chuckle- I really don't have much to say today. Just kinda hanging out waiting for a baby that will at least start to come on Monday. I'm having the Dr break my water then. We are still praying pretty hard that she comes this weekend. It certainly will be posted when she does:) So till then, enjoy the pics:)

summer

Summer has picked up a bit lately. Aunt Kristen has been here with her kids and Miss Hannah has blessed us with her presence:) I have to say I have welcomed the change of pace:) These last 2 weeks of my pregnancy are still going slow even with more activities so I can only imagine how much it would have dragged without it:)
Wednesday night we went to the rodeo at the Golden Spike across the street from our house. It was fun:) B enjoyed himself...but like any little kid he was a trooper for a good hour and then his attention started to wander:) It was nice weather which I was SUPER grateful for. We missed the Pioneer Days rodeo because it was just so hot...so I'm glad we were able to go to this one.
This past weekend everyone went up to Idaho to visit Marc and Stacie in their habitat:) Needless to say this family stayed home:) While it would have been alot of fun to go see them...Matt and I got alot of stuff done around the house...which was nice:D
Yesterday the ladies (and Devin and B) went to the aquatic center for a few hours. It was fun. I think we all had a good time but were definitely tired by the end of the day! I'm still tired today. B didn't wake up till 845...and neither did I:) So today we are hanging out at home because the others have gone to Lagoon. It would have been good to go but, 1) no money and 2) not sure how long I would have lasted! Oh well:) So here's some pics and a video from our adventures! Enjoy!

37 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok...so YESTERDAY was the official 37 weeks!!!! So now I'm over 37 weeks:P Not much new and exciting. Just patiently waiting for the baby to get here:) B tells me yesterday, "Mom, I'n sooo esited(excited) for my new sister"! Good buddy! Because your life will be turned upside down:) As will the rest of ours. Anyway. Kristen comes in tonight. It will be nice to have more of a distraction around here for the last few weeks. But that's about all I've got to blab about today. Next Dr's appt is Thursday. Wish me luck:) Till then,
