Sisters

I'm crazy about these girls. They drive me crazy. And I love them like crazy. Lil' sis is crawling around like a champ and pulls up on everything. She is slowly getting her feet under her and walking along furniture. She's also a biter. It looks like something out of a horror film. She jabber jabber jabbers and then BOOM! She's attacking my leg like it's a piece of fried chicken! So much hostility in her mouth.

Then there's big sis. Oh the drama. *exasperated sigh* I hope we can find a balance between the two of us so that we can get a great relationship now and it will last. That probably means working on myself.
Bottom line though....
Crazy about them

Oh Halloween

I'm not a big fan of Halloween. Not a big deal for me growing up and that's carried through to my parenting. Too bad. I'm not really sure why either. I've got vivid memories from a few times in my childhood. Good ones. Oh well. But I still indulge the kids in dressing up and going to church parties and going around the neighborhood. I took them yesterday afternoon to take pictures of them all dressed up so I'll be sharing those soon. But this year we have:
A witch! Superman! And a NINJA! Also, one cute little pillsbury doughbaby:) I'll say that the best part of costumes is that these kids will use them in pretend play for a while to come. And because it's cuter than wrinkly puppies:
Someone has finally found her thumb! I love it!

Oh hello there

Oh good Lord. My life continues to spin at a rate of nostoppinginsight and I'm not sure what to do about it. Nothing? Good idea. The only thing constant in my life is my incessant need to document it in pictures. And mostly it's the wee one. She doesn't run away yet. And the cat. He's too dumb to care.

 Her beauty is amazing. Uh-ma-zing.

 Obsessed with Ninja's much?

 I actually really...'love' this cat. I can't believe it. I love him.

 Mohawk.

He loves her.

In other news:
preschool at home was a bust-she's in reg school now
I'm almost 4 months in to nursing. I'm almost ready to end
Joined a weight loss challenge. Wish me luck
I miss my Dad
This fall was awesome. Beautiful actually.

Amen to that.

Finally....the story

So...I'm lazy. Big surprise right ;) I have just taken pictures of my journal in stead of writing it out again. With that said, take no offense please.

There you have it. To say that Matt and i were blessed is down playing this experience. It was amazing. And wonderful. Everything that a mom could want. Now I just need to stop thinking that I need to do it again....

Welcome to the world angry bird

My little angry bird came to us on June 19th.
She weighed... 9.5 lbs!
Measured 19.5 inches.
And is practically perfect in every way.

There is a pretty cool birth story,
Since I had her at home and everything.
But since it's only been just shy of four weeks, you can imagine what kind of chaos
my life is right now.
You know, cause it's summer.
And I have three others.
So bear with me and enjoy this bundle of sweetness on your screen.

Gender reveal!!!

Oh boy! I mean, I'm really excited about the ultrasound we had today. We saw lots of the new baby. The spine was fabulous, so much that the tech said so:) No cleft lip and all major organs are working beautifully. It took a good 20 minutes to capture the lip picture because the baby found the placenta to be a perfect hiding place. Needless to say, my midsection got quite a beating with all the jumbling to get baby to move. And I felt like I needed to go to gym with how jiggly it was...lol. But without further adeu, here are some pictures.

Good to see that the nose looks like the other kids'.

And alien baby because we are only 18 weeks along so there's not much fat to show the features:)

And I'm keeping the "goods" picture private since our little GIRL might not want that in public:) Yes, another girl. And little Miss couldn't be more excited:) Yay for us:) Now excuse me while I go live on pinterest for nursery ideas.
